- Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) sources sought for the following project: Replacement of Air Handler Units for the M.C. Smith Post Office and Courthouse in Bangor, Maine. Work required as part of this project includes replacement of 5 central air handling units in the mechanical mezzanine and 5 pumps in the boiler room which are used to circulate heat and cooling water to the fan coil units. Tenants will occupy the facility during the construction. A temporary air handler unit will be required and appropriate air quality must be maintained during the construction. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. NAICs is 238220. This is not a synopsis. Interested SDVO firms must respond to the following questions: 1. Identify past experience which demonstrates that your firm is qualified to perform this type of work. 2. If this procurement is a SDVO set-aside, will your firm submit a bid/proposal?
