- Description
- The OCC's Office of Community Affairs publishes a newsletter and other public relations materials to promote OCC's role in the community. The OCC?s Community Developments Newsletter is published semi-annually, typically winter and summer editions. It consists of approximately 18-22 pages of text at about 600 words per page. Some of the approximately 11 articles are written by OCC staff. The remainder of the articles are written by banks and other financial services providers, governmental agencies, and nonprofit organizations. The services of a professional writer/editor are required to perform various writing/editing services related to this newsletter and other public relations materials. A RFQ will be issued approximately 10 days after the date of this announcement. The RFQ document contains the details of OCC?s requirement, the instructions for submitting a quote, and how the proposals will be evaluated. The RFQ is not set aside and will be procured using simplified acquisition procedures under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items in FAR Subpart 13.5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 711510 and the Size Standard is $6 million. The OCC anticipates issuing the RFQ on November 1, 2005 at www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFQ including amendments, will be distributed through the www.fedbizopps.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the web site to assure that they have the most up to date information about this RFQ. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available.
