- SPACE AND NAVAL WARFARE SYSTEMS CENTER Charleston intends to award a $31,900,000 modification to Contract N65236-03-D-5854 with Sytex Inc. The modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis. The initial competitive contract was set aside for small businesses. Sytex Inc. is the only known source in the position to provide continuous and cost-effective on-going uninterrupted support to critical on-going programs without additional turnover effort, long ramp-up time, and cost to the Government. This is not a request for proposals. See Numbered Note 22.
