- FISC-San Diego, Regional Contracting Department is issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) for Commercial Services in accordance with FAR Part 12. The purchase order issued as a result of the solicitation will be for a Base period and three one year option periods (specific dates and timeframes will be determined prior to contract award). Naics code 562991 and business size $6.0 mil is applicable. The following services are required: Rental of Portable Toilets, delivery, set up services, weekly maintenance, repair services if necessary, and the furnishing of associated supplies, hand soap, water, paper towels, and toilet paper on a weekly basis. A quantity of (7) each portable toilets with inside sink (?VIP?) and (1) each portable toilets without sinks (standard) are required on a monthly rental basis. Invoicing for material and services will be performed on a quarterly basis. The portable toilets will be used aboard the Naval Aviation Depot-San Diego (92135) at approximately (6) different locations. All material and services will be inspected and accepted at destination. This procurement is issued as restricted to small businesses. All qualified contractors that have experience providing the specified type of material and services are encouraged to obtain a copy of the RFQ. This synopsis will be posted from 10-21-05 to 10-26-05. A written RFQ will be issued and available for review and downloading on or about October 27, 2005 at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fbo.gov The solicitation period will close on 1500 PM, PST, November 8, 2005.
