Description

CSC Applied Technologies LLC (CSC) contemplates issue of request for proposal for a service contract for Base wide copier support. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the offer date in the absence of funding. The Statement of Work (SOW) for this requirement as well as other documents required to provide an offer will be available at http://ifb.csc.com on or about 21 October 2005 with offers due on or before 2 November 2005 by 3:00 p.m. Service provided in this solicitation shall be in strict accordance with the SOW, P. O. Terms and Conditions, appropriate Service Contract Act wage determination and Federal Acquisition Regulations, applicable Public Law, State or Local Law. Included in the SOW are approximately 40 copy machines with various monthly print quantities expected as outlined in the SOW. Pricing is requested for comparison purposes to 1.) Lease the copier equipment to include a maintenance agreement over a four year period or, 2.) To provide the cost to purchase outright the copier equipment and a separate cost be provided for a maintenance agreement over a four (4) year period. All offers should be structured accordingly to allow for simplified comparison based on these two possibilities. Offer should also contain other items required by the SOW such as brand name, specifications or other information.
