Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA4861-06-Q-B003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 339113. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is one that is equal to or less than 500 employees. This Request for Quotation is being submitted as a unrestricted solicitation open to both large and small businesses. The stock number for this item is 6515LM5224001. This is a commercial purchase. Contractor?s quotes shall be brand name or equal and include pricing for the following line item: 2 Glove Positive pressure Pharmacy Isolator Chambers for Compounding Sterile and Chemotherapy Preparations 1 ea 2 Glove Negative pressure Pharmacy Isolator Chambers for Compounding Sterile and Chemotherapy Preparations 1 ea 4 Glove Positive pressure Pharmacy Isolator Chambers for Compounding Sterile and Chemotherapy Preparations 1 ea Description This specification describes the A2 Isolator System, used for the safe aseptic reconstitution and prepartion of both hazardous and non-hazardous sterile products. This isolator is designed to provide clean air to EC Grade A within the main chamber and the transfer chambers after the clean up period. 1. Please include descriptive literature, and/or complete specifications. 2. Awards are subject to the availability of Funds All quotes will be FOB destination. If quoting equal, literature, technical data and product specifications must be submitted with quote for the line item. Quotes should be in the following format; price for each line item independently and price for combined line items. Award Basis: Best Value.
