- The VA Medical Center, White River Junction, Vermont, intends to negotiate a sole source follow-on contract to V00241P-00050 with Vermont Technology Partners, Inc. to provide additional services to complete Design/Development for the National Center for PTSD?s web-site. Vermont Technologies Partners, Inc. is already involved in developing this web-site and during performance it became apparent that additional work was necessary. It has been determined that it is more cost efficient for them to finish the work, than to have a different company spend the time/resources becoming familiar with the work that has already been completed. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; No solicitation package will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely within the discretion of the Government. See numbered note 22.
