- Description
- The South Veterans Health Care System, Kerrville Division, 3600 Memorial Blvd., Kerrville, TX 78028 has a requirement for grounds maintenance. Contractor furnish all labor and equipment necessary to mow and weed-eat 69 acres of grounds including flowerbeds and hedges. This will also include trimming of red-tipped hedges as directed by the COTR. Contract will be for one year with option to renew 2-1 year options. Contract is subject to the available of funds. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730, size std is $6.0 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments) from http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Bid opening will be November 21, 2005. A site visit will be conducted on November 1, 2005 at 10 A.M. C.S.T. Offeror should contact Mr. John Spencer at 830-896-2020 Ext 2234 for an appointment. No other time is allotted for site-visits.
