- Description
- Provide all labor and parts to provide a full Preventative Maintenance and service agreement on (3) Steris units. Components shall include but are not limited to, repair kits,valves Traps, door gaskets, heating elements, and lubricants. Items that are not to be considered part of this agreement are as follows: expendable items such as chart paper and pens, surgical lamps, and cleaning agent and System 1 trays. Also not covered are door replacement, surgical table sub frame assemblies, welding, pump and motor assemblies, control hardware necessitated by Steris vendors, equipment modification or refurbishing, optional equipment accessory repair or sterilizer chambers. Preventative Maintenance inspections shall be semi ?annual (Two inspections per year) during normal working hours. (8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday)All work shall be preformed as per manufactures standards Emergency repairs shall be preformed as follows: The contractor shall respond with a phone call within one hour and 4 hour onsite response When called in for emergency service.
