Description

Provide labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary for periodic and full preventive maintenance, emergency repair and inspection of the Kodak Directview DR 9000 System, Kodak PACS link Dryview, model 8700 Laser Imager, Kodak Digital Science Medical Image Manager 100, and Kodak PACS Link Medical Image Manager 200 Package /Print Server/ Print Server/Fiber Output located at the VA Medical Center Columbia, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209-1639. This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), plus four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0093-06 is advertised as a sole source procurement with NAICS Code 334517 with the size standard of 500 employees. Sole source determination is based on Kodak?s proprietorship of software needed for updates.
