- Lawton USPHS Indian Hospital, Lawton, Oklahoma, has a 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement for ophthalmology clinics to be held once a month at the Lawton Indian Hospital. The requirement has a base year plus three one-year option periods. The estimated start date is December 2005. RFQ 246-05-Q-0007 will be released on/about October 28, 2005 and will close on/ about November 21, 2005. The RFQ will be released via USPS mailing.
