- RD050980120000, This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1680-00-458-3621, Cover Cushion, Survival, IAW with H Koch and Sons Co., Cage 99449, P/N 140262-3; Ganar Industries, Inc. Cage 57688, P/N 179E0027-101 and Aero Products Co., Cage 53616 P/N 1921880-3. Cover shall be Nomex per Mil-C-43842. First Article Testing/ Preproduction Approval Government Testing Required. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. Life Support Equipment QCC - LAM. Surge Requirements Do Not Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government, 166 each, Required delivery 268 days ARO including First Article Testing, FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton, CA or New Cumberland, PA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Notes 1 and 26 apply. 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
