- The Acquisition Operations (DDC-A) located at the Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA is seeking to identify small business manufacturers of stretch wrap. This sources sought notice is for information purposes only to determine if small business manufacturers are available for all the products identified below. Information received will assist this office in determining whether stretch wrap acquisitions can be set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326112. The small business size standard by number of employees is 500. Stretch Wrap Products: 1. Stretch wrap, 5 inch wide x 1000 feet, 80 gauge, clear, 12 rolls per case, one dispenser handle per case 2. Stretch wrap, 12 inch wide x 1500 feet, 80 gauge, .8 mil to 1.5 mil thick, 3 inch core, clear, low level density polyethylene, must have high performance cling to handle tire wrapping, puncture resistant. 3. Stretch wrap, 18 inch wide x 1500 feet, 90 gauge, .8 mil to 1.5 mil thick, 3 inch core, clear, low level density polyethylene, must have high performance cling to handle tire wrapping, puncture resistant. 4. Stretch wrap, 18 inch wide x 1500 feet long x .90 mil thick, transparent, core id: 3 inch, used with hand held stretch wrap equipment, 4 rolls per case. 5.
