Description: Intent: The intent of this project is tp power wash the exterior of Bldg. 544 Bauer. 1.02 Scope of work Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and meterials to pressure wash exterior of Bldg's 544 (Bauer). 1. Remove birds nest from exterior of Bldg's 2. Remove mold 3. Clean concrete side walks, stairs and patios 4. The contractor shall clean up after pressure washing of Bldg's so to have a clean and neat apperance of a complete job.
