- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services Division (VS), has potential requirements for cattle carcass transportation and disposal in support of the national Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) surveillance program, throughout the Continental United States, for question contact: Sheree Johnson at the USDA 612-336-3222 or email sheree.a.johnson@aphis.usda.gov. Small business set-aside under NAICS code number 484220 or 484230, business size standard for this code is 21.5 million dollar average annual receipts for 3 years. This is a sources sought notice; the agency anticipates awarding multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for these Services. The Blanket Purchase Agreements will use simplified acquisition procedures and commercial regulations per FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only proposals and capability information requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
