- Double Springs CG Waterline Replacement Project: The project consists of replacing the existing water distribution system with new PVC waterlines and hydrants (small sections of galvanized at hydrants). Driving time from Flagstaff is approximately 1 hour. From Flagstaff, AZ, head Southeast on Lake Mary Road or FH 3 to Mormon Lake. Take route 90 to Mormon Lake, approximately 4 miles. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-APR-2004).
