- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for a primary T-3 internet circuit rated at a minimum speed of 4.5 Mbps and a secondary internet circuit which supports a speed of 1.544 Mpbs. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-06-R-0002 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05, Effective 26 Aug 2005 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DCN 200500901. The submission due date and time is 01 Nov 05, 02:00 PM (EST).
