Description

NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FSC CLASS 5180, PULLER KITS, 6FES-N2-050300-N. GSA, FSS intends to establish through Negotiation a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract for the period of September 1, 2006 or DOA (Whichever is later) thru August 31, 2008 with three one-year options. Requirements are for five (5) tool kits with National Stock Numbers in the 5180 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 120 days or less and a minimum order $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
