- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for the following hardware in support of the VISUAL Program: 9 each Global UPS (P/N ET10001-2227). The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this hardware under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Energy Technologies Inc, Mansfield Ohio, is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to manufacture the hardware. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. See Note 22.
