Description

CONTACT Stanley Chan, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-1862. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for NSN 5985-01-437-7186, Waveguide Seal. This item is the part of the AS-4429/TSC Lightweight High-Gain X-Band Antenna (LHGXA ). The item is only defined by National Stock Number, and Harris Corporation and Communications & Power Industries Inc. part numbers. Detailed technical data such as engineering drawing, specification, and acceptance test procedure for manufacture and acce ptance of this unit is NOT available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate in writing to: Commander, U.S. ARMY CELCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-T-TM (Stanley Chan), Building 1202W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. Response via el ectronic media using Microsoft Office 2000 products (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat (Portable Document Format) is acceptable and preferable.The response must include documentation such as test result, copy of purchase order if the suppl ier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from the previous source that the supplier can, in fact, supply this item that will be form, fit and physically, and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing LHGXA Antenna from th e previous suppliers. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Government and be delivered on time.
