- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to Supply and deliver Western Area Power Administration (Western) supplemental power and associated energy to the Western substation located at Ellsworth AFB (EAFB), South Dakota. Supplemental power and associated energy shall be provided in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and all other terms and conditions of this contract. The Contractor shall furnish firm electrical power and associated energy in the amounts by which the EAFB main base load exceeds the Western firm power and energy obligations as set forth in Contract No. 94-BAO-701 between the United States Air Force (Air Force) and the Western Area Power Administration (Western). Main base is defined as the areas of EAFB served through the Western Transmission System. The rates quoted shall be the delivered price at the Western substation located on EAFB.
