Description

Furnish all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to provide home medical equipment services to beneficiaries of the Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located in Augusta, Atlanta, Dublin, Georgia; Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina; Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Services shall include the assembly, delivery, pick up, cleaning, repairing and storage of Government-Owned home medical equipment. Contract period to be January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006, with 4 on-year options to extend. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A technical proposal will be required. Technical evaluation criteria consists of: 1. Past Performance and Business Plan; 2. Quality Assurance; 3. Personnel Qualifications; 4. Cost/Pricing. The NAICS Code is 621610 and the size standard is $11.5 million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The anticipated issue date is October 31, 2005.
