- Synopsis: The work of this project will consist of new construction for a 11,200 square foot split-faced concrete masonry building. The building will be completed on the exterior by the contractor with the "in-build" being completed by the owner. All utilities will be extended into the building as required to the Owner with service. HVAC and fire suppression systems will be installed. Interior floor slab, front and rear exterior concrete slabs are included. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The solicitation will be available on or about November 03, 2005, with an anticipated bid opening date of December 05, 2005. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations (AUG 2005) "Faith-based and Community-based organization can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible."
