Description

The National Insttitute on Aging,IRP,intends to negoitate on a sole source basis with Roberts Oxygen the cost of demurrage charge for the rental of 333 tanks currently being utilized at various locations within NIA. This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued in pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued.
