MIL-PRF-44259D and QAP -00506 apply. Solicitation Number: SP0570-05-R-0147. Issue Date: 11/04/05 Closing Date: 12/07/05 Anticipated award date: February 2006 Destinations: New Cumberland PA, Tracy CA Delivery Schedule: 135 days, 45 days if FAT is waived. Estimated Yearly Quantity: 3,100 Sets This solicitation contains a one year base with an option to extend the term of the contract for four additional years. This is a total small business set-aside, Note 1 applies. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Note 9 applies. This acquisition is subject to the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979, Note 12 applies. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using Part 12, Note 26 applies.
