- NSN: 3040-01-387-4048 PR: YPC05234000322. Approved sources are: Kondor Technologies, Inc. (06ZB0) P/N KTI-387-4048, Charleston Marine Containers Inc. (09PD1) P/N 1046 or 138K0080 and Peck & Hale LLC (94658) P/N CTC-1012-23-1. Qty (including option quantity) 7,437 ea to be delivered to AQ5 and SNC 100 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes: 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 11/07/05. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 94658, 09PD1 and 06ZB0. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
