- Description
- The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), has a requirement for one or more proven experienced contractors to provide Preventive and Corrective Maintenance services and associated materials and equipment for the BBG Global TVRO network. The Government anticipates awarding one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to meet this need. The term of the contract shall be for one year from the date of contract award with options for four (4) additional one year option periods. The annual estimated amount of all maintenance supplies/services is estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 It is anticipated that the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about November 30, 2005. Firms interested in receiving a copy of Solicitation No. BBGCON3606S6115 must respond in writing to the Contracting Officer at the above address or via facsimile at (202) 260-0855. All requests for copies of the solicitation must include the solicitation number, company name, mailing address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and name of contact person. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Agency. This notice is not a RFP, IFB or RFQ.
