- SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS Solicitation No. 2005-4431-030 The USDA, ARS, Mid South Area, Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC), New Orleans, Louisiana intends to procure Subscription Renewals for Elsevier Science Journals for the period covering January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 2005-4431-030 is being issued as an Invitation for Bid. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. Offerors are to provide a bid for the following: Analytical Biochemistry Archives of Biochemistry & Biophysics Biochemical & Biophysical Research Communications Carbohydrate Polymers Carbohydrate Research Chemistry & Physics of Lipids Food & Chemical Toxicology Food Chemistry Food Microbiology Food Research International Fungal Genetics & Biology Industrial Crops & Products Journal of Biotechnology Journal of Cereal Science Journal of Food Composition and Analysis Journal of Plant Physiology Physiological & Molecular Plant Pathology Phytochemistry Plant Physiology & Biochemistry Plant Science Postharvest Biology & Technology Process Biochemistry Progress in Lipid Research ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A BID FOR CONSIDERATION. Bid prices shall include all necessary labor, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to delivered FOB Destination Subscription Renewals for Elsevier Science Journals to USDA, ARS, Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC), 1100 Robert E. Lee Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
