- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to change the set-aside from Total Small Business to Total HUB-Zone. 71st & 41st Rescue Squadrons Support Functions. Provide all management, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to provide personnel support functions for the 71st & 41st Rescue Squadron at Moody AFB, GA. Positions needed include: 2 UNIT DEPLOYMENT MANAGERS and 2 SCHEDULERS. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-05-R-0017 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is 100% HUB-Zone set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 561990. The small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. The contract will be for a basic period upon award through 31 Oct 06 with four one-year options; the total contract period will not exceed five (5) years. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made using Price-Performance Tradeoff in accordance with FAR Part 15. The evaluation factors will be past performance and price. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Sep 05 and will be available to view and download on the EPS website (www.eps.gov). PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE MAILED.
