- Description
- This requirement is sole source to MPC Products Corporation (Cage: 19710), 7426 Linder Avenue, Skokie, IL 60077-3290. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is for a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirements contract with a 5-year (One-year basic and 4-one year option periods) for repair of NSN: 6615-00-150-6385UC, P/N: 4D97578-109A: MG131B4. NOUN: Electro Mechanical Actuator applicable to the C-5 Aircraft. The Best Estimated Quantity for the basic year is 200 EA, Option I BEQ: 100, Option II BEQ: 75, Option III BEQ: 50, and Option IV BEQ: 50. DIM: 4.5 inches high x 3 inches wide x 8 inches deep. Weight 6lbs. MATL: Aluminum Alloy. FUNC: Electrical assist to the sevro. DEL: 30 days after receipt of asset or order, whichever is later. Place of performance: Contractor’s facility, staffing estimate: The government estimated the minimum jobs/skills requirements for repair of the Electro Mechanical Actuator are Mechanical Engineer: GS-0830-12, Hydraulics Mechanic: WG-8255-09, and Hydraulics Mechanic: WG-8255-10. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 07 March 05 with an approximate response date of 05 April 05.
