- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services for male and female Federal offenders located in the greater Spokane, (Spokane County), Washington area. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, “Community Corrections Center dated August 2000, revised through May 2004, and locally modified by the Seattle Community Corrections Office in September 2004. This is a firm-fixed unit price requirement type contract. The services are estimated to be 85% male and 15% female. The estimated number of inmate days is 25,550 (males) and 4,380 (females) for the two-year base period; 12,810 (male) and 2,196 (female) for option year one; 12,775 (male) and 2,190 (female) for option year two; and 12,775 (male) and 2,190 (female) for option year three respectively. The solicitation will be available on or after January 10, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-0850-WR will be on or about March 11, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations for contract s for which they are eligible.
