- Amendment 3 is issued to accomplish the following: Change the response due date from November 04, 2005 to November 18, 2005 and to remove Jill P. Christensen as a point of contact for this presolicitation. *********************************************************************************************************************** Original Description: General Services Administration is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all material, labor, equipment and supervision to provide janitorial and related services for 8 buildings totaling approximately 842,005 square feet located on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado. The period of performance for aforementioned services is 1 base year plus four 1-year options. The Government anticipates that one award will be made from this procurement that will result in the greatest overall value to the Government. Base period of performance is tentatively scheduled to begin February 1, 2006. This procurement is set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small business. Offers from other businesses will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720--Janitorial Services, Size Standard - $14.0 million. The estimated value for this acquisition is between $1.0 million and $5.0 million for the 5-year period. The anticipated solicitation date is October 6, 2005.
