- Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Information Handling Service for the acquisition of web based license system subscription standards. These standards serve as guides and regulations for Communication and Data Directorate aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) mission and as a means of enforcement of quality control of work performed by contracts aboard the base. The contract will be for the period of November 1 , 2005 through October 31, 2006. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and a capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received that warrants a competitive procurement a contract will be awarded to Information Handling Service.
