Description
This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. The following information is provided to assist the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) in conducting market research of industry to identify potential sources who have the skills, experience, qualifications, technical expertise and knowledge required to successfully support the MH-60R and MH-60S aircraft Performance Based Logistics (PBL) product support strategy for the Common Cockpit, and to obtain input from industry on how best to implement a Common Cockpit PBL program. The anticipated period of performance for this PBL effort is a five-year base period, with an additional five-year option.
