Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Solicitation Number: W9124R-06-T-0001. Response Date: 24 November 2005, 4:30 p.m. MST. All questions shall be in writing and submitted to this office no later than 14 November 2005, 4:30 p.m. MST. Site Visit: 07 Nove mber 2005, 9:00 a.m. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitat ion. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, SAP, as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System, NAIC S code, is 454312 with a size standard of $6M. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors may register online at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/scripts/index.html and as an attachment on Federal Business Opportunity Website http://www.wps.gov/. The provisions and clauses incorporated into the solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-06, and Class Deviation 2005-0001 dated 24 Jan 2005 and Defense Federal Acqu isition Regulation (DFAR) Supplement, current DCN 20051011 edition. The awarded contract will be firm fixed price. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. The quote shall consist of a Base year with 4 one-year option per iods. Economic Price Adjustments for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) shall be filed quarterly if required. Contract Line Item, 0001 Base Year FY06 (01-Jan-06 to 30-Sep-06) EST. 30,000 Gallon, LIQUID PROPANE, To be delivered to the followi ng Locations: Bldgs. Nos. 451, 506, 530, 537, 1220, 2060, 2500, 3013, 3490, & 2504 Steam Cleaner, 3507, 3520, 3527, 5100/5101, 6071 and the Fire Training Area at the Laguna Airfield. Contract Line Item 0002, EMERGENCY SERVICES, Provide Emergency Service f or Bleed Off for Liquid Propane tanks on as needed basis. To include all Option years, Contract Line Item Option FY07 (01-Oct-06 to 30-Sep-07), same as 0001, Contract Line Item 1002 same as 0002. Contract Line Item 2001 Option FY08 (01-Oct-07 to 30-Sep-0 8), same as 0001, Contract Line Item 2002 same as 0002. Contract Line Item 3001 Option FY09 (01-Oct-08 to 30-Sep-09), same as 0001, Contract Line Item 3002 same as 0002. Contract Line Item 4001 Option FY10 (01-Oct-09 to 30-Sep-10), same as 0001, Contract Line Item 4002 same as 0002. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, management, and equipment that is necessary to provide liquid propane and emergency bleed off. All proposals shall include transportation costs to U.S. Army Yuma Prov ing Ground, Yuma, AZ 85365. Vendors are cautioned to include all appropriate taxes, such as the Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax, as applicable. In Accordance with 52.237-1 a Site Visit will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 7, 2005.
