- The 347th Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking sources to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the following: The solicitation is unrestricted and NOT set aside for small business. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform repairs for 347th Maintenance Group, Air Force Repair Enhancement Program Aircraft at Moody Air Force Base. SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Contractor shall perform maintenance only when requested by Air Force Repair Enhancement Program, Moody Air Force Base. The purpose of the contract is to repair items IAW applicable technical data, to include end system inspection/functional test. Work performed shall comply with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) with a clear direction to DCMA for Government right to entry. DCMA Phoenix ? Southern Arizona Team will perform inspection on behalf of the Government. Inspection guidelines are listed in FAR 52.246-4 ? Inspection of Services ? Fixed Price. ITEMS TO BE SERVICED: If interested please contact SSgt Zapata, Edwin for a detailed list of items to be repaired. SERVICES REQUESTED: 1. Repairs must be completed according to technical data. 2. The contractor will acknowledge receipt. 3. Following repair, the contractor will inspect/test the item. 4. A record of the repair and test results will be provided to the AFREP office and made available for the Government Inspector (e.g., Defense Contract Management Agency.) 5. The repaired item will be clearly identified with a tag, stamp, decal or other means. The performance period is one year (1 Jan 06 through 31 Dec 06) with four one-year option periods, unless either party cancels the agreement by providing a 30-day written notification. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this BPA by providing a price list for all services no later than 1400 EST on 31 Oct. 05. Your offer must include the solicitation number, a price quote, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. CCR enrollment is required for establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement; registration can be initiated at www.ccr.gov .
