Description
The Aircraft Accessories Commodity Council (AACC), located at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, is seeking interested sources with the capability to integrate current competitive spares manufacture and repair/overhaul requirements. The AACC is planning for long-term, multiple-award IDIQ contracts with several prime integrators. We anticipate that participation as a prime integrator under NAICS code 541330 will be limited to/set-aside for small business participants with further potential for partial set-aside awards to any of the following groups, as deemed appropriate, prior to solicitation issuance: 8(a) Hubzone, Hubzone, 8(a), Service Disabled Vet and Small Business. AACC will host an Industry Day on Wednesday, 16 Nov 2005. The Industry Day will be held at the Tinker Conference Center, Building 6001 from 0800 to 1200 hrs. The major topics for discussion are the AACC competitive strategy and requests for subsequent oral capability presentations. The current competitive workload includes integration of spares, repair, and overhaul/modification actions that fall within the following Federal Stock Classes: 1650, 1660, 1680, 3010, 3020, 3030, 3040, 4320, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4810, and 4820. The Air Force estimates that the total value of this competitive spiral will exceed $1.9B. Prime integrators are expected to price more than 4000 NSNs during the solicitation process utilizing current Air Force approved sources. Awardees will ultimately be selected through a ?source selection? process requiring technical, management, and cost proposals. Participants wishing to attend are required to send an e-mail to 448msug.gbmoa@tinker.af.mil with the following information: Name, Rank, Title, E-mail address, Company Name and Address, Phone Number and Fax Number. Also, please state the size of your company in relation to the NAICS code listed above. For additional information, please contact Mr. Greg Holland, 405-734-2361, Gregory.Holland@tinker.af.mil or Sue Stager, 405-736-2883, Blanche.Stager@tinker.af.mil. Small businesses may contact our Small Business representative, Ms. Carole Wanish, Carole.Wanish@tinker.af.mil, at 405-739-5242. Contact with the Small Business Office does not alleviate vendor requirement to register in advance.
