IT IS THE GOVERNMENT?S INTENT TO AWARD A REPLENISHMENT SPARES CONTRACT FOR THE FOLLOWING: NSN: 1560-00-897-6861FG P/N: 35-8231-502 Engineering Data List: Revision 04 dated 28 March 2005 Noun: Fairing Assembly, T.E. #2 Strut Item Description: Sailboat fairing that attaches to the rear side of #3 engine strut. Dimensions are 3? H x 3? W x 7? Long. Material is aluminum bonded honeycomb panels. Applicable to: B52H Destination: FB2039 Delivery: On or Before December 2006; Qty: 3 ea Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply. THE FOLLOWING DATES ARE APPROXIMATE. CONTRACTORS SHALL REFER TO THE ACTUAL SOLICITATION FOR THE EXACT CLOSING DATE. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 05 Nov 2005. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 05 Dec 2005. The anticipated award date will be 31 Dec 2005. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. First Article Test Required (fit check) Contractors must be registered in ORCA (online representations and certification) prior to award. Contractors may access ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov .
