Description: Provide services of autopsy for the VAMC Mountain Home, TN. for the period of one year with three (one-year) option periods. This is a negotiated procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered in accordance with 249-P186-05. Questions must be in writing. No phone responses will be honored. Physicians must have performed a minimum of 100 autopies within the last 5 years. Must have minimum of 5 teaching experience and must be licensed to perform autopsy. See specifications required.
