- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible and responsive concerns for the establishment of one or more Indefinite Quantity contracts, with a base period of one year and four, one year options, for compressed gas cylinder valves. These valves are manufactured IAW MIL-DTL-2, the General Specification for gas cylinder valves. A Qualified Products List exists for MIL-DTL-2, dated July 27, 2005, reflecting only Sherwood Selpac Corp as the sole qualified manufacturer. The final contract award decision(s) may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
