- 7730- This publication serves as a pre-solicitation notice to procure on a 100% small business competitive set-aside basis. Contractor to provide a Fitness Center personal viewing system, with installation, for the 914th Airlift Wing, IAP-ARS, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. However,if sufficient competition is not obtained, it will revert to being full and open competition, automatically. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code is 443112 with a standard size of $7.5 million. Tentative issue date on or about 25 Oct 05, with closing date approximately 24 days after issuance..Registration in the Central Contraction Registration (CCR)(DFARS 252.204-7004, Alt A) and Registration in the Online Representations and Certifications application (ORCA) is required.
