- This requirement will be solicited using ?Other Then Full and Open Competition (OTF&OC) procedures: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (cage: 97499) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The Government?s requirement for NSN: 1650-00-254-2174GA, P/N: 212-010-701-3, Noun: Hub Rotor is as follows: Basic Year Qty of 7 ea, First Year Option Qty of 1 to 4 ea and Second Year Option Qty of 1 ? 4 ea The Rotor Hub assembly is the only part authorized for use on the USAF UH-1N Helicopter. Data is proprietary to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc and sources authorized by Bell Helicopter. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
