- The Command Navy Northeast Region requires bulk deliveries of Liquid Argon in accordance with mil-a-1855.Deliveries shall be designated in the Request for Quotation.The Argon is used for training purposes at the Naval Submarine School on the Naval Submarine Base NLON,Groton,CT.Argon shall be delivered to a contractor owned storage tank at the Sub School.All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation,which shall be considered by the agency.No telephone requests for the solicitation.Fax or e-mail requests for the solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
