This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ******ATTENTION********* THIS SOLICITATION REPLACES SOLICITATION W58RGZ-05-R-0040. NSN: 1615-01-127-2166; Qty 500; PRON: AX4F0503AX; APN: 70107-08404-044, applicable to the (BE) UH-60 AIRFRAME. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 500 each, 314 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 197 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 500 each, 209 DACA. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This is a 100% Small Bu siness Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data package is completed, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. All responsib le sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
