- The Regional Contracting Office - Grafenwoehr intends to issue a sole-source contract to Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Inc., 2411 Dulles Corner Park South, Suite 600, Herndon, VA 20171-3430 for the continuation of support services for the 7th ATC, Directorate of Simulations, Germany. The services provided will be for a duration of three months, with three additional one month option periods. Services will consist of a continuation of training and simulation efforts for soldiers in the USAREUR theater. The estimated value of this effort is $4,828,755 for the initial three months and an additional amount of $1,619,807 for each option month, if exercised. Total effort may reach $9,688,176. Northrop Grumman Technical Services is currently perfor ming the services and makes them uniquely qualified to continue services during the acquisition process for a new award associated with solicitation W912PB-05-R-0081. Any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement as stated herein may sub mit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement may be considered.
