- US Army Contracting Agency Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West requires non-personal Information Technology (IT) services in the form of performing comprehensive maintenance and operational support of the Enterpr ise System Management (ESM) environment, working with organization staff for Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) requirements. Contractor suppport is required for both the maintenance of the environment and any continued expansion to support an additional customer base. Operation and maintenance is for software only. Contract staff must possess sufficient certification, skills, and experience to properly maintain and anaylze the exis ting NIPRNET, SIPRNET, IBM, Tivoli, and Peregrine environments. The government is contemplating a contract for a base year plus four option years. Estimated yearly labor hours is 37,300. All performance will be at Ft. Sam Houston. This notice was previo usly issued with a solicitation release date of o/a 27 September 2005. and a response date of o/a 27 October 2005. The release date is amended to o/a 01 November 2005 with a response date of o/a 01 December 2005. The proposed contract is 100% set aside f or small business concerns. (Numbered Note 1 appplies)
