- The VA North Texas Health Care Systems (VANTHCS) located at 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216 has a requirement for various sizes of Coronary Stents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-06. This acquisition is unrestricted and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and no written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 6-RFQ-1 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Award will be made using part 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable authority for this intent is 41 U.S.C. 253 as implemented by FAR 6.401(a). The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR clauses and provisions: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5.
