- Solicitation for NSN: 6115-00-421-7247, Frame & Generator Set. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. In accordance with (IAW) QAP 002. Requested delivery is 96 days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application item and is non-commercial. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as small business set aside. Other than full and open competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 20 each; Guaranteed Minimum quantity of 5 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at: http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the Request For Proposal (RFP).
