- PR-No.: IQC05240009084, NSN 5965-01-512-4239. Headset-Microphone. This item is sole source to (16575) Sonetronics, Inc. P/N ACVH-MCK-002. No data is available. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. See Notes 26. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 150-each in 90 days ADO, and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 500-each every 30-days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various quantity increments solicited: 50 to 199, 200 to 399, 400 to 699, 700 to 899, 900 to 999 and 1000 to 1,456. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 12 DECEMBER 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is unrestricted. Approved source is Sonetronics. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-months Basic Contract, and one (4) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 60-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
