- Description
- This Project is restricted to 8(a) contractors in the State of Texas. The Government reserve the right to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price requirements contracts from this solicitation. The total amount of all contract dollars to be awarded under this solicitation shall not exceed $10,000,000. The work to be contracted includes mobilization, all supervision, equipment, small hand tools, and designated materials to install the Government furnished reinforced polyethylene plastic sheeting (minimum 9 mil thickness) in 20' x 100' rolls, or any other available size. Sheeting will be provided by FEMA at designated locations. The period of performance will be the date of awards through December 15, 2005. Mobilization shall commence within 12 hours of the receipt of the first task order, to install a minimum of 100 roofs per day toward a minimum of 500 roofs per day, after five (5) days.
